I was brought on to build a rocketship while it launched. My job was to create a framework for Twitter’s social marketing strategy and leverage the resulting content strategy and editorial calendar, metrics and KPI’s to map, configure, implement and launch an enterprise publishing platform across all company-owned handles. At the same time I was responsible for the day-to-day content and program management of Twitter’s social marketing campaigns. The goal was two pronged; improve sentiment across Twitter and engagement with Twitter owned handles while providing tools that help both users and community managers create a more inclusive and safer platform.
